Maple Ridge Estates will be hosting the annual community wide garage sale starting Friday, June 17th through Sunday, June 19th.
We encourage all community residents to participate in this year’s garage sale.

Just a friendly reminder that fireworks are banned July 4th and year-round in the City of Renton, which includes Maple Ridge Estates.
To enjoy fireworks safely, the community is encouraged to attend Renton’s public fireworks display on Saturday, July 4, at 10:00 p.m. at Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park in Renton, 1201 Lake Washington Blvd. Festivities and activities begin at 12:00 p.m. so go early and make a day of it with your family.

Maple Ridge Estates HOA is hosting a Block Watch meeting April 16th at 7 PM at the Maplewood Greens River Rock Grill, 4050 Maple Valley Highway in Renton. Cyndie Parks from the Renton Police Department will be hosting the meeting. Please invite all your neighbors to attend as Cyndie will be talking about very time sensitive information due to the recent break-ins in our neighborhood.
The board members will be passing out fliers soon so please be on the look out for them with more information.

We will also be having a neighborhood clean-up day and are inviting everyone to come help spruce up the lower entrance to the neighborhood. Please see the flier that will be coming out soon with more details. Its time to come together as a neighborhood and help make it a cleaner and more inviting place.
Everything is set for the playground installation on Saturday, October 11th at 8:00am. It will take around 8 hours, and we need 15-20 volunteers. Volunteers do not need construction skills but should have strong backs and be able to read and follow directions. The typical activities in a volunteer’s day include:
